  • Backup Retrieval Costs: R150

    Please note that The Craft Media is not liable to keep a backup of the customers final products / service. Theres a possibility that the footage is lost or misplaced therefore its the customer / clients responsibility to backup the footage once it has been submitted.

  • Raw Footage: R5 per image

    Under no circumstance is the customer entitled to the raw footage without compensation.

  • Raw Footage: R500 per 30 seconds of video

    Please note that The Craft Media is not liable to keep a backup of the customers final products / service. Theres a possibility that the footage is lost or misplaced therefore its the customer / clients responsibility to backup the footage once it has been submitted.


  • payment policy

Should the customer wish to confirm their booking, the customer is required to settle the deposit amount of 50% (non-refundable) and / or the final amount (50% of which is refundable before 48 hours of submission date of final product / service)

Once the service / product has been performed or completed to the customers satisfaction, the customer will be required to settle the final amount. The final product / service will be delivered in high-resolution form via Google Drive once the final payment has been completed.

  • Refunds


    Should the customer for any reason wish to cancel their order or purchase, the customer will not be liable to the deposit amount (50% of the total amount) - in other words the deposit amount will not be refunded.

    If the customer pays the full amount and cancels their order, they will be refunded 50% of the total amount provided the customer cancels 48hrs before the submission date. Should the customer cancel their booking any period between 48hours prior the submission, the full amount will be forfeited by the customer.

Under no circumstance shall the customer be refunded once the booking has been confirmed. The customer will be liable for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • The booking is cancelled 48hrs before the work is performed. Once the confirmation email has been sent to the customer, the customer will only be liable to the total amount except the deposit amount.

  • Before the confirmation email / receipt has been sent to the customer

  • The Craft Media or its representatives cancels the booking (with good reason) before and or during the service.

  • Late payments

Should the customer for any reason wish to establish a payment agreement, it is important that the customer establishes such a facility before confirming their booking. A unique Letter of appointment will be established which will require the customers signature and full details.

For every week that a customer fails to make final payment, a 5% increase will be added to the final amount as a penalty for late payment. An updated receipt will be sent to the customer on a weekly basis to illustrate the updated total amount in account of the 5% increase.

The final product / service will not be delivered until the customer completes final payment and including the penalties included to the final bill.
